The Society is engaged in a wide range of activities at both the regional and national levels.

The activities provide members with the opportunity to participate in domestic and international conferences, seminars, workshops, tutorials, and invited lectures.

In addition, each member receives the Journal of MIS Research four times a year and the Information Systems Review twice a year. Only members may submit papers to both Journals.

Members are allowed to participate in the activities of the Society by playing a role on Special Interest Groups.

The Society maintains various MIS documents as well as the mailing list of the membership, which can be made available for use by individual members for the academic purpose.
