International Conference on Convergence Information Technology (2nd ICCIT’07) will be held on November 21~23, 2007, in Gyeongju, Republic of Korea. The conference proceeding will be published by IEEE CS Series. Selected papers will be included as revised monographs in the international journals. Important Dates: Full paper submission due on August 10, 2007

ICCIT’07 invites new and original submissions addressing theoretical and practical topics and its applications in convergence/hybrid information technology and next generation information technologies fields. Submitted papers will be peer-reviewed. The topics includes, but not limited to, the followings:

Call for Workshop Proposals

Following the tradition, ICCIT2007 workshops will provide the participants with opportunities to discuss and explore emerging areas of convergence IT with fellow students, researchers, and practitioners. Workshops may concern any topic within the conference scope. The goals of the workshops are to establish a common understanding of a certain aspect, to share experiences, to foster research communities, to learn from each other, to identify open problems and/or to explore future directions of research. Workshops will be held in parallel with the main session. Negotiations concerning the publication of accepted workshop papers are under way. ICCIT organizing committee will decide on the acceptance of workshop proposals.

Organizers of Workshops undertake to:
* Select a topic of interest to themselves and to conference delegates.
* Distribute a Call for Papers for the workshop.
* Select at least 8 papers for the session.
* Check that the papers are suitable for the conference.
* Have these papers reviewed by at least two experts in the field.
* Ensure that checked final camera-ready papers are supplied to the conference Secretariat by the deadline.
* Supply the conference secretariat with the reviews.
* Register for the conference, attend it, and chair the session.
※ Please note: Organizers of workshop can decide their own papers submission / notification deadline.
※ Please note: You will get the Acceptance/Rejection result in 7 days after sending your proposals.

Workshop proposal should contain: (1) Title of session, (2) Scope and Topics, (3) Short Bio. of the organizer(s), (4) Session Committee (at least 2 persons), and (5) Contact Information (Affiliation, E-mail address and Phone Number).
